Kim Anh and Nguyen Ba-Hung left Vietnam more than 30 years ago. After settling in Paris, they decided to explore a common passion for food by opening a restaurant. Self taught, Kim Anh soon impressed fellow chefs, celebrities and critics from the leading gastronomic guides. For more than 20 years, she has prepared her versions of the Saigon dishes of her childhood, as well as drawing inspiration from her husband's birthplace in north Vietnam
